Ordering & Returns

📦  Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within **14 days** of receipt, provided the item is **unopened, clean, and in resalable condition**.

To initiate a return, call our **Customer Care Center** to receive a **Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)** number. Items must be shipped back within **two weeks** of receiving an RMA. The return shipping cost is the **customer’s responsibility**.

Some items cannot be returned, including drop-ship items and winterizing chemicals**.

🚚  Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our **Customer Care Representative within 24 hours** of receipt. We will issue an **RMA and UPS Shipping Label** for return shipping. A replacement will be sent after inspection.

Cancelled Orders

We gladly cancel **orders or backorders** that have not yet been shipped. Custom orders can only be canceled if **production has not begun**, and drop-ship orders may be canceled if they have not yet left the supplier’s warehouse.

🏛   State Tax

Orders shipped to certain states are subject to **state tax**, including **Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, and more**. Some states do not require tax on shipping fees.

⚖   Terms of Use

Pool Chemical Center reserves the right to **change product prices without notice**. We may cancel orders due to **pricing errors** or other reasons.

To ensure fair shopping, we reserve the right to **limit purchase quantities** per order, customer, or household, and prohibit sales to **dealers or resellers**.
